  Bill was working this weekend and we forst met him when he spent 2.5 hours with us (yesterday), talking about beds, answering questions, and explaining important information about proper sleeping positions, etc. He was patient and attentive, but not overwhelming or pushy. We left without making a purchase and with his hours for today. We found out there were several Mattress Firms nearer to where we live and this morning we thought about going to one, but we couldn't dismiss the kind and helpful way Bill dealt with us the night before, so we drove the hour to his store location. Glad we did. We got the perfect new box spring/mattress, got a free pillow, and got really discounted blankets, sheets, and a mattress protector. Thanks for making our first big bed purchase such a great experience, Bill! Your store and service are the best. We will be back next year to get new mattresses for our daughters!

  Sales staff was nice, not pushy and didn't treat us like we were rich or poor. A lot of times, sales on large purchases try to put your spending amount in a category based on age. He let us look at all within our needs, no matter the price.
