Literally worst service I've ever encountered at a lowes paint desk the emoloyees not only took 20 min to show up to the dept from wherever they were they pretty much had one speed in it was somewhere between reverse and neutral the fact they didn't even know where to find the different grades of the paint they sell daily was also amusing ( I mean irritating ) six customers two employees and 5 gallons of paint mixed 1 hour 45 minutes ridiculous......Update : the guy in charge of the paint desk today just told his coworker he doesn't really have a clue on how to mix paint neither of them. Work in paint dept that makes me feel comfortable that anyone can mix my paint for a job I'm getting paid for hopefully the paint is right and I don't lose a million dollar account for a horrible looking non matching paint job

My purchase was an electric dryer. I was asked what color was the old cord on my old dryer. I wasn't sure and was told that in 2000 the cord changed to a 4 prong. My house was built in 2002. The salesman said that is possible that it could be either because in was in that window. He said I could remove my old cord myself and reuse it. I was told that they could not remove it but if remove would install it. Not true! First thing the delivery person says to me " Did you buy a new cord? I cannot install your old cord." I call Lowe's and spoke with a salesman who tells me that the delivery person is correct. It's a liability. Delivery guys leave and we had to read the manual to correctly set up our dryer. We had to put the legs on the dryer which involved lowering it on its back. Two elderly people with back issues on the floor doing this. Three hours later the cord, legs and venting done. What ever happened to customer service? I would of gladly purchased a new cord for $25.00 to prevent what happened to us. So Lowe's please train your sales people to have the correct information. I will not shop for appliances at your store ever again. It's not worth the few pennies I saved for lousy service.
